What User likes about Scoops:
Best fish and Chips in Upper hutt by far! The Homemade chips are amazing. Best advice I can give is to call in your order as always await, which is a good sign. Havent tried the burgers etc, but fish, chips wontons and spring rolls are all fantastic. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Scoops:
Just had fish and chips from here and the fish tasted extremely fishy like it wasn’t fresh!! Couldn’t eat it and wouldn’t give it to my cats!! I know what fresh fish taste like and this was not it, will not be going back unless I want food poisoning View all feedback.
