Food missing from my order that was ordered on the app. Store said they couldn’t do anything about it because it was app order. Called Sonic hot line. They basically said they couldn’t refund any money. They then tried offering me a “free item” WITH PURCHASE….and it wasn’t the item I’d ordered but something entirely different.
