Called up and explained the situation and Jesse who picked up my call was very apologetic and happily made me another one with a complementary garlic bread! Made a phone order and attended 25 mins later to pick up. (At a time where the shop was relatively quiet. When I told the girl at the counter my name, she just wandered off without replying and looked rather confused. Another staff member who I assume was the manager approached a couple of minutes later and apologised explaining that the order hadn't been started and they would make them right away.
