Good Wee Pub. Very welcome. They ended up in Dunoon for a ride. Why is Dunoon in the dark? We wanted lunch and said we didn't eat on a Wednesday in the Ingram. I have beautiful toasties. I'm looking forward to the Cowal. This year to stay at Park Hotel as the other last year was dirty. I had to buy a cleaner. My husband had been released from the hospital. "Came here prior to a family funeral so a bit of a family gathering. We all had something different with a very comprehensive explanation of the dishes on the specials board. It's clear that everything is cooked fresh to order and it shows through very well in the quality of the meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal and can't fault the restaurant for atmosphere and friendly service. We noticed that even though it was mid-week, there were several full tables, testament to the popularity of this place. Next time we are in Helensburgh, we will make sure we come back."

"What a lovely cafe, and service friendly. Cosy stove on the go, enjoyed the background music. My Aunt enjoyed the soup but I was amazed at the haloumi, avocado, bacon and garlic bagel! You would drive out of your way to go here....."

"Absolutely shocking service, mainly from the owner himself, staff treated like a bit of dirt on his shoe, can't stand people who can't treat employees correctly. Owner/head chef never smiles and he's constantly moaning about energy prices and fish prices.. Yes everyone is aware of the cost of living crisis, we are all suffering but god we don't need to hear it from you when we're giving your business a small fortune for a bit of over done fish and 22 chips!"

"My colleagues and I attended this venue for a dear colleagues leaving lunch of soup and a sandwich. The soup was the worst I've tasted in years, absolutely no taste, even when we added salt and pepper! The Sandwiches were ok, although some of the filings were watered down. Staff were friendly and attentive, however when I voiced my opinion about the soup, I was told it would be passed on to the chef....Chef, if when you are cooking and you can't taste what you are serving out, then you aint a Chef! And they have a cheek to charge £3 for that soup. I wouldn't rush back and we certainly won't be having any more lunches here if we can help it."
