"Dont believe the reviews!the guys was unhappy to have costumers! slow like no tomorrow! I felt bad while ordering the fish. the fish could have been better if the frying oil was changed. We got our plates after 40 minutes! I noticed how the service was pleasant with other costumers he knew! the rice was MEH, the salade was OKAY, for what we paid really I was really angry... some old potatoes...I was happy to leave. I really hated the overall experience. Horrible"

"Absolutely fantastic! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We both had the duck breast which was beautifully plated with an assortment of perfectly cooked vegetables. It had a nice sauce which was light and sweet without being too much. We decided to splurge for dessert and order a grand matinee soufflé which was amazingly light and delicious. The restaurant filled up while we were there but the noise level was still low. We read that this was rated one of the best restaurants in Montreal and this meal confirmed that accolade."

"I will be as objective as possible; these are my observations: 1. We waited too long before a waiter approached our table. 2. I asked for a steak to be well-done and my partner asked for a medium. Instead, I got a medium and she got a medium rare. For what looks like a steakhouse, that’s freaking disappointing. I returned my steak and asked it be cooked till it’s well-done. This time, it was returned medium-well. At this point, I was so hungry I just wanted to eat and get over with this experience. 3. It felt like the place was understaffed. The waiter was in a rush for everything. I could tell that he had a lot of tables to attend to. 4. For the amount you pay, I will say the presentation of the meal needs to be improved. The vegetables looked so bland and It felt like I was in a cheap restaurant. However, the quality of the steak was good. 5. The restaurant needs some renovation in my opinion. The decoration and seating style felt very old school to me."
