I ordered takeout with my bank card, but the woman at the restaurant claimed it didn't go through so I paid again. The following day, I noticed that I had been charged twice. I returned to the restaurant and was told that they had refunded my card, but I have yet to receive the refund after 3 weeks. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone messages, my calls have gone unanswered. View all feedback. What User likes about Oriental Express Chinese Take Away:
our new favorite Chinese take! we accidentally tried after our old father was put down and blown away! the aromas are bold and the ingredients fresh, everything comes hot and just as it should be. it can be a bit busy on Friday and Saturday nights and so takes a past arriving, but it is absolutely worth the wait! the customer service is also excellent, which is another real plus point in comparison to others.
