"Scopri we couldn't have been more impressed last night! Your food and service was next level however I must single out the risotto which is as good as any dish I've had in any restaurant anywhere... Risotto is an art form that requires so many quality factors in its creation and when its done right there are few things that compare. We feel lucky to have experienced it."

"Love this little cozy cafe in a quiet laneway of Eltham. Great coffee and delicious food! We tried the Haloumi sandwich and the McPoison. Love the glorious flavour of grilled green and Haloumi cheese. Very friendly staff too. Will definitely visit again."

"After many visits here, finally had some of the amazing food rather than just coffee and drinks and it definitely didn't disappoint. each and every one of the staff members are absolutely lovely, warm and welcoming on all occasions and happy to accomodate each request or requirement. being the morning of a weekend day, the atmosphere was full of hustle and bustle yet not too noisy or overwhelming. it was a fifteen minute wait before being seated, however a cute arrange of gifts available for purchase as well as newspapers help pass the time.<br/>service was flawless, coffee was perfect and all of the meals were delicious. this is a lovely cafe for a local brunch and undoubtedly, shall be visited again."

"Simply delicious! We are big fans of Thai Sontaya in Eltham. We have eaten in the restaurant a few times, but mostly we get takeaway. Their food is consistently good and the workers are always very friendly and helpful. We love the curry puffs, Pad Kee Mow and the Kow Pad. Their prices have gone up a bit in the past couple of years, but luckily we always know the food will be yummy!"

"Instead of "grandmas roast" we decided to enjoy a Thai dinner and all 3 generations enjoyed a variety of tastes where the hosts and waitresses are always friendly and accommodating. The mixed entrees and chicken skewers were served up immediately, then the kids enjoyed roti bread followed by duck, red curry chicken and large serve of a special variety of fish and vegetables. We were unable to finish the red curry and the waitress obligingly put it in a carton. The.banana fritters are good and overall this is a great local place to dine."
