Great table service outside. Fully COVID-19 prepared. Dog friendly. Loads of tables, undercover gazebo with soft cushions and heaters, or tables out in the sun....

Great selection of drinks and they have now started doing bar snacks, scotch eggs, pork pies and cheese boards, well worth a visit for a drink or two.

"If you want to step back in time to when tea was served in bone china cups and saucers from quaint mis-matching teapots, then this is the place for you! The portions are very generous and the cakes and gateaux look like something out of a picture book. There has been a lot of care and attention in putting together the decor- vintage ornaments and crockery is everywhere, including in the flowerbeds!"

"After having been locked up by the family at university for some weeks, I was looking forward to spending nye with my loved ones. unfortunately we made the mistake to order our food from the marigold. not only the food lasted hours to arrive...if it finally came (after calling the restaurant twice) most of it was missing! even the food that arrived was terrible and cold. I have never experienced a worse take in my life. I urge everyone to read this review to stay well over this restaurant."

The vegan ghoats cheese a red onion tart I normally have was great. All our choices were of great quality. All around satifaction Ran out of cheesecakes. "A superb traditional Fish and Chip shop. First time visit tonight as a family. They serve really good fish and chips along with some home made dishes. Fish is cooked to order. We ate in. Crispy batter, crunchy chips. My wife enjoyed the lasagne and my children are scampi. All in all the best we've had in the area. Will be back. Parking is tight but do able. Best fish and chips we've had away from the coast. Yum.!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"
