What Chef Brandon Li Jackson doesn't like about High Seas Fish & Chips:
So, here is a run down of my first experience. Ordered 3 cheeseburgers, one hamburger and a poutine. Burgers were good but buns were not toasted and buns were floppy and soggy. Fries were good but not well done like I requested. Poutine was dry. Not much gravy and cheese not melted. They definitely need one more person behind the counter.
