A party of 7 ladies decided on a Lunch. Booked some days before hand, on arrival was informed we were not expected. Staff member showed us to a table . I have been before and have always been pleased. This time the place was almost empty being past the rushour. There was over an hours wait for the meal to be served,and over an hours wait for the desert, despite no- one else waiting for food.there was no explanation or apology, i won't be going again View all feedback.
