We waited about 45 minutes for our food, but we were told. We had a great meal, so worth the wait. The pub is advertising for staff so if anyone is looking for a job, check it out. They call time depending how they feel about number of customers. On this occasion stopped in at 8.50pm on Sunday for a pint to be refused service for a second at 9.15pm.Barman said they call time depending how busy they are. Love their foods. Service is good. More tables outdoors.. Been here many times .. highly recommended.
Stopped off for a pint and a glass of wine. Plenty of choice and well kept beer. Nice outside space to sit in the sun and enjoy, which we did. Will drop in again.
Well haven’t been here for 15 years and I have to say the food I had was absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend the slow cooked pork belly it was a stunning plate of food and was lucky to speak to the chef who also had some of his family dining to tell him how much I thoroughly enjoyed eating his food. Staff were also very professional and very polite. Will definitely be dining there again and highly recommend to my friends and family and anyone else who would like great food at reasonable prices.
Great to be back in my local area, first time having this roast dinner and I'm so glad I did! Brilliant food!
Yes 5 stars. Food was amazing as we're the staff. We had a party of 15 and the service was seamless but more importantly the food did not suffer absolutely gorgeous.
