We have visited this restaurant multiple times. Since we have a dog, we usually sit in the bar area, which is dog-friendly. We can't comment on the restaurant itself. The food is consistently hot, fresh, and abundant. The staff always greet us with friendly conversation and updates on the daily specials. The pies are particularly delicious. Yesterday, my Dad enjoyed the steak and kidney pudding.
This charming traditional Pub offers a fantastic selection of food and a wide range of beers, including HSB and ESB on tap. Highly recommended.
This was my first time at this restaurant and the food was excellent. The portions were very large. I will definitely be returning.
My wife and I went to the Miner's Arms with a couple of friends for Sunday Lunch. The Roast dinners we had were delicious and the service, considering the barmaid/waitress was working on her own and it was fairly busy, was excellent. There was a nice homely atmosphere in the pub as well making us want to return again at a later date. Highly recommendable.
We are not familiar with this area, but came across this pub and stopped for lunch. The pub was warm and cosy and the menu looked good. The food was really good, with a generous selection of vegetables. I recommend the homemade pie, it was delicious.
