"We visited this small restaurant last night on the recommendation of friends. My wife and I deliberately ordered different dishes to sample more of the menu as it was our first visit. The menu is very reasonably priced with a 2 course option at 15 euros, a 3 course option at 19 euros, and four courses for 23 euros. The wine selections are similarly modest in price and to suit all tastes. As in the title the food is beautifully presented and delicious. The portions are generous and the service is excellent. This restaurant proves that excellence does not have to be expensive. I would advise booking at least a week in advance to be sure of getting a table, as there are only 24 covers (that we could see). However long your journey is to get there it will be worth it!"

"Delightful local irrigation hole with great food and local beers. Staff are very friendly and speak good English. Recommend the galette with smoked trout and the apricot crepe with large Marinier! came back several times on our trip and hope to see again soon!"

"Too expensive for what it is. some poor dishes in ingredients and quality. Too bad the welcome was nice. for a much more reasonable price, so go to the closet in the heart of the oysters."

"I dined at this restaurant once in late September and again in October. On both occaisions I was greeted by the friendly waiter who speaks good English. The restaurant is very traditional with a huge stone fireplace in one room. In the evening the choices...are fixed price menus at Euros courses) or Euros courses). The menu offers two starters, salade de gesiers et magret de canard fume' or foie gras at a supplement of I would like to see an alternative offered, maybe salade a chevre chaud. The course menu de jour at in no longer offered in the evening. This restaurant is very popular and is very busy at lunch time, being situated on the main street in the centre of town. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to dine in the town centre."
