Went to tea room for first time today ,what a shambles ordered 3 drinks which we finally got and 3 sandwiches which we never got. After waiting 40 minutes just for sandwiches,a couple who came in a good 10 mins after us got there cooked meal and for us to be told they lost our order. They have no customer service as they should have at least gave us 1 free drink to say sorry but nothing. Think they are more concerned... read more.
