"I said excuse me near the entrance to the kitchen multiple times just slightly quieter than yelling and she sat there on her phone the entire time I sat down and she continued to stand there on her phone for about 5 minutes once she was off her phone I asked again and still didn’t respond after the second time, she also got most of my order incorrect (there were two other people there but they had already gotten there food. Service: Dine in"

"We went into the restaurant and it was half empty but taking a long time to seat people. Was a bit worried that they were very short staffed . But I could see a manager checking the restaurant, cleaning tables and telling the host where to seat people. Once we were given a table, the service was excellent with the person I assume was the manager, even refilling our chips. The food was quick and delicious. Although I figured the entire experience would be long, it was amazingly fast and efficient! Definitely worth waiting for a table when you know the service once sat would be fantastic!"

"Went through the erringer/cochran drive thru on 11/15 and had a pleasant experience with Judith taking my order and Christian at the window. She was patient as I made the line long and was deciding. He was attentive as I double checked with kids in the car about sauces and they kept changing their minds. Good labor is hard to come by and these two are very courteous and respectful. I looked on my receipt to give them a survey review and had to call to ask my options. They were even really kind and said oh they didn’t have anything to give a review so I came here. Really impressed honestly as a local business owner it’s so hard to find good young employees. Great job!"

"Terrible customer service!! The service at drive Thru is sad. This employee was rude when she took my order and when I met her at the window. They definitely need more training on customer service. I called and complained to the manager and she couldn?t even understand the issue because there was an obvious language barrier!!! Don?t order from this place!! They don?t believe in providing good customer service. They don?t like their jobs and their miserableness affects their job quality."

"4.5 stars First of all, the servings are generous, almost uncomfortably too much at first but once you try the food... you ask yourself why can't these portions be the norm at other places? And isn't it fun to see if they can still close the boxes after? : Bbq pork is totally worth the extra charge. That tender glistening red colored meat can't be found anywhere else nearby that I know of. And you really can't go wrong with any of the chicken options... from orange to zesty to I think the Japanese style one. They cook up fast if low or missing a particular standard item. Just ask and wait patiently for a few minutes and you'll get some of the next fresh batch! From my personal experience with the staff, it's always been kosher. Maybe there is an individual worker that's been deserving of some recent negative reviews, but usually I've seen the Asian chef so it's legit right? , maybe he's the owner, in the back doing his thing in the kitchen. The young women cashier and servers in front grind too to take orders and help you get your food. Having said that, there may be off days and stressful bad days for folks on either side of the food counter... everyone is going through something. I also can't imagine the random crazies and rude people that food service has to encounter on the daily. Empathy and respect goes a long way in general, but esp for the food industry. Only knock I can think of is the inside is janky, but it is what it is. Frfr... if it was too clean, then you know the Chinese food woudn't be that great!"

"Fell upon this place going home. So good! I had machaca and my babies had menudo. The service and price was great. I wish it was cleaner, not dirty but older place but there's love and care in what they do. Leave in LA but would totally day trip just to eat there. Stop by before 10am for menudo...they run out. Soo good. You really can't go wrong. Cover your eyes and point to something, it will be delicious!"
