The chef here looks like a cartoon, with a huge gray styled mustache that hes probably been cultivating for decades. Much like his mustache, the cuisine is also...

"Scopri we couldn't have been more impressed last night! Your food and service was next level however I must single out the risotto which is as good as any dish I've had in any restaurant anywhere... Risotto is an art form that requires so many quality factors in its creation and when its done right there are few things that compare. We feel lucky to have experienced it."
