This restaurant really struggles. I have been there a few times when it appears that all of their employees are on break and nobody is answering the drive-thru or they are understaffed. I have mentioned to David multiple times that I have a strict schedule. View all feedback.

Has terrible service. with rude and dishonest people. they are sooo slow with them service and always come with talk where it took 3 hours to deliver for my food? avoid this place to all cost!
Freakishly SLOW subs.Used to be fast and the people who worked here were friendly. Now it's a 30min wait every time with no drive through escape. And the staff is rude too. Not sure is there is new management or not. This was my third try and it's still the same. This was for sure my last time at this location. I'll drive farther for better service next time.
This location is a joke. Do you not know how to read an order? I swear you mess mine up EVERYTIME, this time, you slathered so much mustard on that my sandwich was inedible. Learn to read or find a new job.
I love jimmy johns… or at least I used to. This location specifically and a lot of them across the country should remove freak fast from their slogan. I have noticed a rather huge decline in speed and bread quality. Which are the 2 reasons I first loved JJ. I have disappointed many times so far, but only write this in hopes that it can be fixed and brought back to the awesome standard that began with jimmy johns.
