From Travel 2018 I wanted a few Hakata wheels, but no research before. Here in Little Tokyo LA there is always a debate that has the best Hakata rays here, so I had to try in Hakata. I wasn't disappointed. I had added the robbers with dumplings. The broth was silky and the taste was not exaggerated, as with some other pork frames I had (which is not bad).
