Sushi With Gusto - Gainesville

I used to dine at this restaurant twice a week for years. I always ordered the same beef donburi bowl. Recently, I noticed that they have cut the portion of beef in half. When I asked if they had changed their serving size, I received no response. The attached photo is of the $9 beef bowl I just purchased. If inflation has caused prices to increase, then it would be better to raise the cost of food rather than reducing the portion size. At the very least, the restaurant should inform customers that they are receiving less food.
