First off, the place does NOT smell like a fish restaurant, which is a GOOD thing because my hubs doesn't enjoy that smell. However, we were the only ones there...

Just what I was looking for. There are plenty of very fine seafood restaurants in Galveston. Trouble is many dishes start at $20. Joe’s is very reasonably price...

"Had the Baja tacos and they were phenomenal! Tried shrimp and fish (golden tilefish). These are absolutely amazing and easily the best fish and shrimp tacos I’ve ever eaten! If you’re anywhere near Galveston, you just have to come to Fish Company Taco!"

"The grilled garnel is delicious. fried garnelen is also delicious. they only accept cash, so we were glad that we had some and did not have to use the cash machines in the interior. I heard a woman complaining $3. on the west end of galveston island there are not many foods. this is an excellent choice for sharing a snack or a meal. there are no tables, so it is an eating in their car type of meal."

"Eating was quite good, but the service was sub par for the price. constantly the server had to remember for drinks and even bring our dessert. no steak knife for surfing. parking pass should be validated, but it was not cost an additional $16 in the parking lot. only not what they hope when they spend $200."

"With friends for dinner. Food drinks are cheap. Eating is just okay. I had a chili dog got a second because it was smaller than I thought I had Bungless, so you definitely need two. They were good with my dietary restrictions that were nice. Our daughter's chicken was raw so we had to send it back. They fixed it right away, but glad I checked it before she gave it to her. Our server was friendly, they were very accommodating. Nothing to write home."

"When they visit the strand in galveston, I recommend stopping them here. in the rule they can make a sweetness sweetness before them, the ice selection are delicious. tons of chocolate and sweets to be cheese from the shopping area. recommend an ice cream pot, banana split or shake. sometimes lines can wait for a five to 10 minutes."
