What Delores Purdy doesn't like about Bistro L'autre Oeil:
eating is terrible, couldn't both end plates, it was so bad. the bungalow was hard, the poutine sauce was mixed with a strange spicy, the BBQ wrap was cold and the guacamole did not fit in the burger at all. they have a wide choice of beer, but that's quite a lot. it is a beautiful looking terrace and it would be great if they could improve on their food. Wow, this restaurant has an incredible beer menu! The food is just as good as the selection of brews. It's a must-visit place in old Aylmer! <3
L'Autre Oeil was the first place where I tried specialty beers over 10 years ago, and on my return visit, it impressed me even more. I will definitely go back next time I am in Ottawa.
The dining experience was excellent. I ordered the poutine and it was outstanding. The service was also top-notch, as there was minimal wait time. Furthermore, they offer a wide variety of draft drinks.
The vibe at this bar was unbelievable. The atmosphere was just right and the staff were more than friendly. The drinks were on point and the selection was massive. I can’t wait to go drink on the patio next time. And my friend obviously loved his burger and fries.5/5 10/10 100/100
