Schwarzwaldgasthaus Sonne - Gernsbach

Rural restaurant with accommodation offer. Very friendly and personal atmosphere. The host has something right.

We just stayed here and it was a great experience. The family was wonderful and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and in good service. The breakfast was German-style and was good! The staff was attentive and made sure you had what you needed. The family rooms are very nice and the hotel was in a quiet location. The hotel is close enough to the city to see everything but far enough to be away from all the tourists. Again, we loved the staff. The only negative was the cleaning staff. They were rude and I caught them making jokes about the guests which was unprofessional. Otherwise, I think the hotel is worth the price and a great place to stay!
