"I was expecting some traditional North American cuisine but instead I was treated to very innovative dishes with unique tastes and smells. Was really impressed !! This restaurant/chef could be in any major urban centre and have reservations booked ahead for weeks. Really impressive and will be back."

"I wanted to give it a 1 star because they were rude and unwelcoming to a soul who is cleaner and better than humans and was contained inside a carry bag (toy poodle) but the vegan gelato selection was so great and it's so special that this place helps lactose intolerant people be able to enjoy life.."

"Edit: the owner called and apologized. Pizza was great. The girl was only 16. We all have bad days. It took over 2 hours for our order. Still haven't got it. When I called the girl said I should have ordered from Pizza Hut. Next time I will. Great customer service you guys have there"

"A must try for visitors and a regular fixture for locals from April to October annually. Nice of them to stay open for order pick-ups during social distancing The Fish Chips at Sharkey’s are fresh, top quality, tasty and delicious, and comes in large portions. One of the best Fish Chips in the Sunshine Coast. I usually get the mixed Salmon and Cod with fries and coleslaw which I can rarely finish in one sitting. Sharkey’s also has the best seafood lasagna I’ve ever had. In other cities, diners are usually looking for the seafood in the lasagna but here it’s quite the opposite; you’re actually looking for the latter. And also, not sure if they make the donuts, it’s quite delicious. And of course, friendly service."

"Had the onion rings to start tonight with a friend and they did not disappoint. Crispy, salty and piping hot, with a chipotle dip. Served with a smile from our server. Friendly and efficient.Had the grilled cheese, fries and tomato basil soup and all three were delicious. My companion had the cabbage rolls with lemon sauce and they were outstanding, Shift is a perfect place to find fine food and good ambience. Wine selection is excellent also."

"We had the fisherman's breakfast and praline toast. Fisherman's was very good and the praline toast I had was excellent! Cute atmosphere, friendly staff and good about checking vaccine passports which always makes me happy."
