This review is for the raise the roost attached to the 711. Yesterday my order got messed up and the chicken didn't make it into my bag. I didn't realize it until I got home, but I called the store and talked to someone at RTR. That guy that works overnight shift has zero customer service skills. You speak to him he looks at you like you are stupid. I will never spend a dime here again. Longtime customer who will go to the Valero on Ashland road where they have much better overnight attitudes. Will never come here again ever! View all feedback.
