We had a great experience at the Glen Allen O'Charleys. The hostess and hostess welcomed us with smiles. The bathroom was clean. Our waitress Lauren (LP) was FABULOUS!!! The best waitress I ever had. The restaurant had half capacity and we waited 15 minutes for a server. He was kind and excused for waiting. The food was okay, the appetizers were hot compared to the warm ducks. Not the best experience I remember in 2021. Our server has done its best under the circumstances View all feedback.
