"My Husband and I visited this wonderful little place in Surfers Paradise,what a hidden Gem The food was excellent, the service was outstanding our host was Nick very professional young man so attentive and very charming explaing in detail the dishes we were going to have. The menu is fresh and innovating catering for vegetarians. The ambiance very quirky reminisant of cafe/bars in Melbourne.We felt very special while we were there thankyou Black Coffee Lyrics for a wonderful dinning experience."

"We'd been wanting to try this place for months and finally booked a table for a Thursday night. There was a children's party booking and it was quite busy but the service, food and ambience were still great. (funnily enough, my vet was at the party. He clearly has good taste in pizza! We ordered a veggie pizza, a ravioli and some garlic bread. Soooo good! The staff are really friendly and welcoming. It's just a really nice, laid back vibe to eat well priced, excellent Italian food while watching Chevron Island life go by."

"Your sign said you were ‘open’ and it was not even 8pm all I wanted was an easy take away Pad Thai. Very rude to local customers not pleasant ‘service’. Disappointed as I’d recommended this restaurant to others and brought a group along as regulars. Chevron Island Thai restaurants were open at 8pm luckily and whipped up a pad Thai in under ten minutes!!"

"I have been a fan of this pizza restaurant for several years. However I have been very disappointed on the last two occasions we have visited. The pizza base tastes like a frozen one from the supermarket. I hope this is temporary or sadly we will have to find somewhere else to enjoy an authentic pizza. Toppings are still lovely though."
