"We booked a table at 8 P.M. and we were only able to order Water and Wine after half an hour. Ok no problem we thought, since we got a little Appetizer which was awesome. After a while my entree came, my wife didnt ordner one since she was not that hungry.And then we had to wait or for another Hour until our Main plates where served. So my wife had to wait 90 minutes (09:30 P.M) in total to get something to eat. There were 4 tables which arrived after us and they all had their dishes before us.Normally we also eat a dessert and drink a coffee but it was simply too late.I ordered the bill and told the waitress about our negative experience and all she said was basically that they had a lot of tables!? Seriously? No excuse, no explanation, no nothing?To the owner of the restaurant: The location and the restaurant is great, the kitchen is top-tier BUT you really have to think about your service team. The gap between the service and the cuisine is the biggest I experienced yet. It simply shouldnt happen, especially not in this price category. And if it happens the service should handle the situation otherwise at leastOne of the few times in my life I didnt left a tip. The waitress told us they will make it better next time. Unfortunately there will be no next time for us..."

"I mean real nice homemade pizza!! A real treat! You will really not be disappointed by the size, texture of the dough and the ingredients provided,... a real delight that we rarely find in the pizza to take away! And I'm talking to you about it because I'm from Paris. Trust me Every pizza has made us 2 days with a nice, crunchy paste... and yet we eat well...At the price of the pizza, it really cost us cheap. Very warm bosses. Thank you. Keep making your nice pizza for our taste buds! Don't change anything."

"We have visited Caumont-sur-Durance many times before. This summer we found this new restaurant being opened in the town (which doesn't really have any other better restaurants in the town). Very nice place and tasty menus. Had set menu which was delicious and of very high quality. Wine list also very impressive."

"A soothing evening in a warm and welcoming home owner and small care with his clientele especially with children. neat dishes and tastes worthy of a starred restaurant, yes, you can find restaurants that first don't say long, but once in it say much more than you imagined... the pictures speak of themselves. "This afternoon, I'm happy! Advised by the Tourist Office, we went to the Valseuses to see the eyes closed. It's been a few months since I made the decision to follow a vegetarian diet and like a great gourmet, it's often a disappointment when I'm in front of the card. But surprise, in this bistro in a small village of France the menu changes every day with only and always two choices to the map, including a vegetarian! And here no pesto pasta, cheese croquette or burger with vegetable cakes that we can all make at home but original and delicious recipes! Even with a full restaurant and a terrace provided by several dozen customers, the service is pleasant and fluid, you can eat in 1 hour but you do not feel obliged if you want to train. Thanks to the OdT and thanks to the team of this restaurant for this wonderful lunch. And good appetite for everyone, go! (French cuisine with strong Asian inspirations, with seasonal products, local producers of the region)"
