"Having arrived on time for a previously booked lunch for six people we were shown to a table and seated. It immediately became apparent that the table was located under an air conditioning vent, with one of the seats being so impacted that the person involved had their hair blowing in the wind . When this was queried, the helpful staff member fetched another person who we gathered to be the venue manager, who proceeded to inform us in a quite blunt manner that the only option was to turn off the cooling system, which would result in increased temperatures. "Decided to have noodle box for evening meal as part of birthday celebration. Whilst tasty, I’ve never experienced such a dry noodle meal (the hit and spicy). It was so dry there was no sauce residue in the box. Needed a drink to wash it down."
