Whilst staying in Walcote for an event in Luterworth, we just happened to call in for a drink and something to eat, and we were so glad that we did! A friendly local pub with a nice choice of honest pub food, reasonably priced, freshly cooked, and excellent service. If it wasn't for the event we were attending, we'd definitely have spent a very pleasant evening here. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about The Black Horse:
Stopped off for a quick point after a job nearby. Don't let the outside appearance fool you..it may look like a house but inside it has the feel of a proper pub. It's run by the community, which is great. So many village pubs have gone. I had a nice pint of session Wherry ale for a very reasonable price and the landlord was a friendly, chatty bloke. Good to see a number of local people in there as well. View all feedback.
