A truly great cafe; the milk shakes are delicious and the homemade cakes are so tasty. Friendly and attentive staff; very reasonable prices. We sat outside in the garden and soaked up the sun and tranquility View all feedback.
What Johnathan Oey doesn't like about Cafe 46:
Service good. Order taken quickly then asked what I wanted to order from another staff member! Table of 3 people nearby served drinks and one slice of cake but teacakes and jam missing. Coffee cake I had waved over coffee jar and jar of coffee being cheaper than this and contains some coffee! Cakes here disappointing. Prices recently increased again. View all feedback.
Everything we asked for they didnt have enough for 2 people. They only had 1.5 bagetts and told us we could share it between us . So we opted for apple cake and they had what i could only describe as one slice cut into two. It was tiny. The only saving grace was a nice cup of tea. Will not recommend or return.
I couldn’t believe the last review as our experience was totally different. My friend and I visited for breakfast at the weekend. Our waitress, Poppy, was both friendly and helpful. We both chose baps , sausage and egg and bacon. They were delicious ! The cafe is absolutely spotless , and all the staff are lovely. When you order fried food, you often leave smelling of it but this cafe is a cut above the normal “greasy spoon” We will be back very soon. Thanks.
Went there 29 September 2022 around lunchtime. Two toasties ordered on white bread one cheese and tomato and one ham and cheese at £4.90 and £5.90 respectively. Both of them were disgusting and on the point of inedible , but eaten as we were hungry: the bread and ham were very cheap and thin and the toasties had been squashed so much that everything oozed out over the plate cold, molten cheese. Bleurgh...The supposed accompanying side salad arrived dry and when I asked for dressing, I was pointed in the direction of salad cream or mayo: not dressing, of which they had none. Not my experience last time, when there was French dressing available albeit shared between tables, but everyone was fine with that! That time it felt like a nice and sharing atmosphere... How can this have changed so much from just a few months back when the same order was so much better? And didn 't cost as much? Frankly, am not buying the 'additional costs on supplies ' argument. Sorry, but no.: 50p extra for a sandwich to be toasted is taking the mickey, especiallywhen the ingredients have been so downgraded... The staff were at times pushy and clueless, pushing me to order something that I wasn 't happy with (after seeing my Mother 's toastie... but I felt obliged to order. Get your act together Cafe 46: people in Yateley were hailing you when you opened, but now you have just stopped providing anything worthwhile going there for. You have fallen into the 'corporate trap ' of profit over community: exactly what you, as a church organisation should not be about. You 're ripping people off with your terrible food and service.

Stopped here midway on a journey. Easy parking, wonderfully welcoming staff, food on offer was snacks and cakes. We had panini's that were reasonably priced. The cakes look nice but we were to full to try them. The cafe was clean and tidy and there was seating outside in the back garden. Everywhere seemed wheelchair friendly with easy access to all areas.
