"We spent an evening at the Fig Tree for a birthday celebration this is a gem of a restaurant. The food was spectacular and cooked to perfection. The pictures speak for themselves. "Amazing!!! Unfortunately their coffee machine wasn’t working so I was unable to try their Biscoff Latte which I had heard so much about, but the lovely waiter recommended the Biscoff Shake instead which was possibly the best shake I’ve ever had!!! I ordered the Shicken Caesar wrap which came with chips and a side salad and was absolutely delicious! Amazing service and amazing food! Highly recommend!"

"Great food here! we have taken time to choose what to get eat, due to their long list of options! rendang has his hint on authenticity that it is truly admirable. the portions are massive! I can't finish my lunch, so I had to go home. they have a lot of desserts and vegan cakes to choose."

"This was such a special treat! A really fantastic afternoon tea with delicious sandwiches, scones and cakes … plenty too! We were very looked after by the two guys who run it …. They were really accommodating too as although we had booked a table, we had forgotten to specify it was for afternoon tea. They made it especially for us which we really did appreciate! It’s a lovely little find, and well deserves great reviews. Will definitely be back! So much nicer than many big hotels that lack atmosphere and serve mediocre food … this was 5 stars!!"

"First visit in this beautiful pub for lunch. everything I can say is that won’t be our last. the food was excellent (we both had the pork belly for our main course) and was really very delicious. a friend had told me that it would not be cheap, but although he was right, were quality, atmosphere and service in any case. they really get what they pay here. free-time meals along with a very well kept pint of harvey’s bitter added to pleasure. we will go back! they should get a table for lunch or dinner. it's a great, honest, traditional pub."
