Great food the sweet and savoury cookies were all freshly baked it was hard not to over eat they all looked and tasted so good.

"The meal in the Restaurant was very disappointing and would not have warranted the high class statues it falls into. I had languastines, they were served cold , never had them ever served like that with a small salad, dressing was awful. I then ordered their smoked haddock fishcakes, again uneatable, overdosed in salt, my husband had mussels, they were alright but when it came to his main course of venison pie, he had to abandon it as the venison was like pulled pork, very dry and chewy, couldn't believe the standard of the food! We were put in a dining room which had 3 tables, not the main dining room, this room had no heating on, very very disappointing especially as it was our 48th Wedding Anniversary! Shall not be back nor will we recommend it to anyone."
