I've been here a couple time for lunch and my experiences were consistent: very service-oriented staff, slightly above average food, and a decent dining room. Overall, it was a reasonably solid experience. So why not four stars? Because of an oversight that seems too rookie of a move for a restauranteur--it's very difficult to leave the restroom with clean hands. Since I had a tough time, I presume the kitchen staff...
