Pret has always maintained a steady decent level of coffees. This ice latte taste burnt and as a regular I immediately spot the difference. Recommend the owner to look into this, as staff said beans have changed but for sure the staff just didn’t bother to grind new beans just reusing from the last one he used. Any regular would immediately spot the colour difference! View all feedback.
