"After a long haul up from Denver for 4th of July Weekend, this place was a welcome and wonderful find. The scratch to table concept was delicious and the people that worked there seemed genuinely happy to be there. We will be back!"

"Busy and loud, but awesome to see the original Beaujo's, as a Coloradoan who's been to the Fort Collins, Arvada, and former Denver locations. We brought some out-of-state friends on a trip to the mountains and ended with Colorado style pizza, with a healthy variety of appetizers. The food didn't disappoint, as always, and our friends loved it! Service was friendly but rushed, understandably since they had a line out the door and a 15-20 min wait on average, on a Monday night even! Price was very reasonable for the amount of food we got. We'd definitely stop by again next time we're up in Idaho Springs."
