"Let me start off by saying the manager was super nice.The gentleman taking our order seemed super disinterested and like we were an inconvenience to place an order. Ordered 2 Inca wraps, 1 without avocado. Received the Inca wrap with avocado, no salsa. Brought it back and it was remade. Came out again with avocado, no salsa. The same gentleman from before was the one who brought out my remake. He still had a sour attitude. I just said “oh. This was supposed to be no avocado”… he acted again like I was an inconvenience and I said let’s just do a refund.Manager comes out- super helpful. Refunds my wrap. Apologizes for the other gentleman’s behavior and offers a gift card. Won’t be back due to poor attitude. As a business owner, I’d be mortified if my employee treated paying clients like an inconvenience. (Side note; he also appeared to be wearing the same gloves to take dirty plates, run the register, and bring out food)The plantains and yuca are were delicious."

"Fried Seafood Paradise. There is a reason the parking lot is ALWAYS full!! Brought my Gma and family along with my brother's family this past Friday night. Parking lot was full but only a 5 minute wait for party of 8. Everyone had fried items except daughter (she had kids burger). All food was very good and service was very good. I really liked my salt and peppered catfish filets as well as clam strips. The best thing ordered by my Gma was the small plate of fried oysters. None of us could believe how much she got....at least 15 golden brown oysters. They were huge! We all ended up taking food home and none of us touched our sweet or baked potatoes."
