"I was at the Seagull for the first time recently with my wife and our son who is working out that way for the summer. Our son was so excited to take us there for many reasons. When we arrived I loved the fact that he had made a reservation so we didn't have to wait in the huge line, which of course is the first good sign. We sat out back on the cover deck/veranda/additional and it was a beauty...the furnishings would and will make people wonder and even doubt their choice potentially, but hang on, I thought it was classic, patio furniture nothing at all fancy...The FOOD was unbelievable, my wife and son had Lobster, I had Shrimps and we all enjoyed the Mussels which were great. We had a very pleasant lady serve us and she took her time and gave us the history of the place which was most interesting. Oh and I had a dessert which was an apple swimming in caramel sauce.Lastly I forgot to mention that the view was spectacular and the company was perfect."

"I went to the cabotenweg. that was the restaurant that provided the best veggie burger and French pommes, then I went and sat with it on the beach. 5 options very healthy options for us vegan on the menu I was surprised that they have tofu!"

"Superior. I am told there are as many ways to make chowder as there are kitchens to make it in. This place makes it particularly good, and on top of the cheerful, almost playful service and very reasonable prices, you have a view of the water from a very cozy restaurant on a windswept point, through large windows. "This super sweet caffe had 4 different vegan snacks available, including chocolate bananenbrot, which was delicious. for lunch was just the hummus and veg sandwich vegan, but when I was there, they had a vegan suppe, but not sure if the suppe vegan is every day. overall would be definitiw again for a snack and coffee. the coffee was also good."

"We visited this bakery 3 times during our 5 day stay on Cape Brenton. The pastries are fresh and delicious, by far the best blueberry scone I have ever eaten, not too sweet with a perfect texture. The bakery makes a number of fruit bars, my partner tried the date bar, the topping was crunchy with a flaky pastry bottom, with again, a not to sweet filling. If you are a fan of peanut butter and oat cookies May I recommend the small peanut butter sandwich cookies that are topped with a small dollop of chocolate. A true gem of a bakery on one of the most spectacular islands! We will be back"
