"There are not a lot of places to eat out in Inuvik, but Alestine’s really stands out! Currently open only for dinner, we suggest you arrive right when it opens—the place isn’t large and it was full within 10 minutes. Despite being short staffed, we were served delicious meals (tacos, burgers) direct from the food truck kitchen with smiles and good humour. Save room for the cheekily-named “piece of tail” dessert! Highly recommended"

"Not a tonne options in inuvik and was looking for a fast place to eat after the cycling from dawson city. this place was perfect. busy, but the service was fast. the personal was friendly. Eat (I had the loaded sub) was good. it is a little expensive for what it is, but they are somehow in the middle of nowhere, so it makes sense."
