Was in for a coffee last Friday when a guy came in told everyone that the owner only pays the waitresses £6 per hour!!! He keeps the tips when the customer pays by card. The cash tips aren't shared out properly either. The owner watches every customer the waitresses which is pretty creepy. read more.
