"Had a really tasty afternoon tea with my friend and her 19 month old Grandson Spencer. Home baking was excellent and we got to change our choice of sandwiches. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially with Spencer. I will definitely be back."

"Went on a Friday tea time and was not very busy. Ordered a lasagne and my daughter had a cajun pasta dish. Waited almost 30 mins for food to come and when it finally arrived the lasagne was sizzling in the dish. All the edges were burnt solid and to be honest, it was mainly melted cheese. Very peppery and stodgy. My daughter said her cajun chicken pasta was nice but very spicy. We had 2 cokes small bottles) and 1 pint of cider. The bill came to £34 which I thought was dear for the quality of the food"

"Unfortunately found the server quite arrogant and the spicy chicken panini wasnt nice. Can't stand that soft, cubed chicken that you find in some food places, and this was one of them. Waste of £8 cause my son wouldnt eat his panini either. Wouldnt put me off going back for ice cream or something else though ."
