"The coffee is the only deal breaker. Reading this fantastic menu and it wraps up with Teamed up with Nespresso. I heard the sound of Pac-Man being eaten in the video game. I understand the need for repeatable coffee, but pod coffee to me is unacceptable if you are striving to be the best at something. Too many fantastic local roasters and choice beans to Choose from. So the challenge is, getting staff trained on how to properly extract it. Do it. Everything else is lovely! Excellent staff, fun small bites dinner with a great wine pairing. What all the rest of the reviews say. Room was great. Breakfast seating area needs work. Super not cozy. But thats just getting picky. They are trying!"

"What a wonderful place! As good as the food was (and it was fantastic), the service was special above all. The epitome of family comfort as Dad runs the bar and helps daughter with the tables, while son is the cook (and apparently Mom runs the business side). We felt a bit like you are the family's guests for a personal dinner including their terrier dog, Mac, who took prime position by the fire and entertained all. Just 8 seats total in the restaurant with a small pub in the next room. All four in our party had a different entrée and shared everything was outstanding. Cocktails were well executed. Reasonably priced considering the quality of food and service."

"We enjoyed a lovely vegetarian dinner here the dishes were amazing for vegetarians and were well thought through Vs some places who would just add a token vegetarian dish on the menu to make it friendly. We had the chickpea halloumi salad and the lentil sweet potato burger. Tasted of fresh ingredients and high quality food. The sticky toffee pudding was the highlight though! I don't want to eat it anywhere else now to spoil my experience. Edinbane Inn you've set the bar high!"

"Stopped of at the Gallery Cafe by chance on my way round the island. It's new, it's clean, the staff are friendly and the portions were big. All in all, great cafe quality food at very reasonable prices. Not dog friendly but to be fair it's not very big so totally understand."
