My bag went missing and the staff, Ollie in particular, went over and beyond to help me find it. Through the whole process Ollie was in touch with updates and, during a stressful time, it was reassuring to be in contact with someone who clearly cares about their customers. I had quite a bad experience with this particular barrio. Bartenders wouldn't acknowledge us waiting to order but they would chat and make jokes with each other, there was a long wait even though the place was almost empty.
