"If I could give the people five stars, I'd give them ten stars. The service is great. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Stanley was our host and he was excellent. Very fast service and wonderful in every way. The food wasn't good. Two and a half stars. The roasted broccoli was basically broccoli with cheese. Nothing really matters. The food was just okay. It was completely busy. The atmosphere was great with love blues music, but if you come after dinner you will be pleasantly disappointed. The restaurant needs a deep cleaning and the plates had food from the previous guests. When we sent them back, we received records in the same state."

"The worst customer service !!! The worst service. Very rude !!! First experience here been wanting to try for a long time. I walked in the guy was serving the man in front of me. He told the worker his order and the worker asked what kind of bagel. The guy asked what kind do u have the worker gave him a dumb look and threw his hands up toward the wall. A better way to handle that would be yes sir the options are here let me show you and give him advise on the bagels.. Then my turn comes around. I am with my daughter. She advised him she would like a mid. Cobb salad. The guy said huh we don?t do medium salad u can get the chicken salad she said I am sorry I didn?t realize. granted other foodplaces u can get. Whole salad or half she was a little confused yet again making another customer feel dumb. Do better Madison?"

"We went for a late lunch before heading to the airport. On a Sunday, so no crowds. Restaurant is located nearby University Hospitals and they have a Grocery store on the back of parking lot. Clearly they are short staffed (as most places, blame it on Covid). Despite that, service was extremely friendly, attentive and efficient. Those 2 ladies were flying all over the place. Food came fast. We ordered some options of 'combinations ', appetizer combo, kebab combo, etc so we were able to try lots of different tastes Every single thing was AMAAAAZING. Meats were fresh and tender. Seasoning was excellent. We were literally scratching the dishes with bread at the end, no hummus to be wasted! 'Great Food ' said our friend who is Iranian Kurdish. He knows how it should taste, I guess. LOL We ended with a variety of desert options and tea. As odd as it sounds, among baklava, birds nest, etc. try their homemade tiramisu. Homemade indulgence! It was a perfect way to end our trip to Jackson MS. Can 't wait to go back again!"

"I enjoy the wings and fries from here, but today will be the last day. I ordered the fries and wings and shared them with my sis. when I poured the fries on my 5 wings, I noticed a piece of hair that was on the bottom of the fries that touched my eating. it happens a lot in restaurants, so it is understandable, but the ton of customer service seemed unpleasant instead of apologetic. to ask “what do they want us to do about it?” how it is my problem instead of apologising. 26 dollar for wings and pommes to pay is already a bit pricy, but it can come at least with positive, understanding customer service."
