What Harry doesn't like about Lil' Jamaica Sports Grill:
This restaurant likes to make order changes on their own, this is the second time it has happened and instead of canceling the order they just do what they want. I shouldn't have given them a second chance. My order was modified, then delayed and after all that grubhub sent my driver 10 miles in the opposite direction before delivering what was left of my order... a single side of mac n cheese.... overall a horrible... "This is their new location next to where they used to be. First of all when you walk in everything is spotless. The employees are so friendly. It is a step above and has been consistently for years and years. Yes, I've been eating there that long. This time I had the two piece chicken plate with cole slaw and brunswick stew. Everything was piping hot and fresh AS USUAL. Thanks for being so consistently good. We'll be back again and again. Oh btw our hostess Jeanette was so sweet, kind and professional."

"I can not win for losing with this place. I want to love it so much. The first 2 times ordering from here a couple years ago when I moved to Jacksonville, everything was on point. Today, and the last time I ordered here, not so much. I order gyros every time. The last 2 times ordering, either they've run out of , or the attention to detail is just not that important or theyre just lazy amd dont care to make it all the way correctly. I need tomato on my Gyro, but more than that, it's a part of the Ingredients automatically, on the menu. And the other part of my last visit several months ago, on top of not making my food correctly, my card was charged 10 extra dollars. AFTER, my transaction was complete for my actual price. I left a tip in the tip jar that day, and stated that on restaurant copy's receipt. Then somehow, an extra 10 was charged. Something random with another bill of mine, led me into realizing my balance was lower than it should have been. Did a little digging, and that's what I found. Possibly an honest mistake. Who's really knows. Owner apologize. No harm no foul. Still came back today, and again, food is incorrect. I'm over it. Peno and other Mediterranean options are up next and in the future. Service is up and down. Lady today at the counter was nice and friendly. In the past visits, they seem to be annoyed with having a customer(lady involved with the in question extra 10 dollar tansaction)."
