I ordered a steak and cheese and it came with a little bit light on the steak. I went up and asked about it was a normal serving and asked if I could pay for double meat? The lady was so nice. Food poising incident reported to the store manager (Andrea)! When I asked if anyone else had reported having food poisoning symptoms after eating at their location, she laughed, and said she would not disclose that.
