"The room was basically a terrarium, had 7 or 8 massive spiders, with a ton on babies in the room dangling over our bed. Was a bit of a shock when one was renacting Tom Cruise's mission impossible stunt. Not what we expecting in a 500 dollar a night room. We even had to ask twice for someone to come and do something about it. Unfortunately not acceptable for a room with this price tag. Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 4"

"We had a family dinner on our stop halfway to Canberra. We booked in online and showed ourselves to our table as it was quite busy (saturday evening). We ordered straight away. 2 chicken schnitty's and 3 chicken nugget and chips kids meals. After 45mins i enquired as to how long the wait is. Cudos they admitted straight up they had stuffed up the order and tried to rectify straight away. I gave them my invoice to use as their order. 5 mins later they produced 1 chicken schnitty and 2 chicken nuggets and chips and said they didnt have any nuggets ready so they gave us 2 fish sticks instead. The rest was still cooking. They then brought out a small chips and the other chicken schnitty and stated again the nuggetts were coming. We finished our meals and waited patiently for the remaining 1.5 meals we ordered. We are still waiting. As we left we walked past the waitress who didnt say a word to us. Doubt we will go back!"
