"Very disappointed today. Advice to staff : when a customer tells you their meal is cold you do something other than offer to reheat it . You don 't come back to collect the plates and start talking about how you wrapped your Xmas presents last night. I 'm not interested. Nor am I interested in wasting yet more money on a dessert. I would expect a refund, a fresh plate of food or a free alternative. I used to be a regular customer booking large tables. Never again. For the sake of some polite customer service you have lost business and it would have cost you next to nothing. I don 't appreciate being made out to be saying some untrue in front of my family."
