What WLKSR doesn't like about Amuse Kitchen & Wine:
We were disappointed . Service was outstanding. And the choices seemed appealing. However we were surprised to discover a batter or coating on most of the dishes. The wild boar tacos, the bison the catfish, all covered with some kind of coating. We found this took away from the flavour of the meats. The bison was so salty it was inedible.
