Upscale restaurant environment, with prices to match. $40 gets you 4 scallops as an entree. The food was well prepared, but portions were stingy. Loud environment with boisterous crowd, mostly business travellers. Cocktail and drink menu is extensive, with excellent whiskey selection. Service was average at best.
