"As Filipino, I am very picky about my Filipino food. This place is not disappointed. Everything is to order and delicious. I've got the crispy bastard with roasted rice. The meat is cooked for perfection, and the rice is full of fresh vegetables. Love the Banane Ketchup and the Suka on the side."

"Fantastic food and service, especially liked the menu choices and quality ingredients. You can tell the chef and staff know what they're doing and everyone is on the same page, this is not only a great meal experience but a well run restaurant and it shows. Great use of ingredients in classic dishes in non-traditional ways, I especially loved the risotto!"

"Food was amazing and so are the views. Get a table by the window but if you are not the views are still great. I went downstairs and took pics from the double doors and it's just gorgeous. We never had pineapple upside down cake and were hesitant to try it but it was delicious!!!! We recommend their lavendar drink, prime rib and the lobster ravioli."

"Happy hour! We went on a weekday at 4:00 and waited 5 minutes. Between the views and delicious food, it is a must! The wings were fine, but the truffles and the fish tacos were delicious!! My husband regrets not to get the eggs (you are not in the happy hour). The drinks were the best on the island of our short stay! They also confirm the parking space for the nearby garage."

"Hands down the most beautiful restaurant on Maui. While the Ritz beautiful it is smaller cousin of assembly is even more beautiful. The Cane and Canoe are located in the middle of the hotel. It's pricy, but it's worth it. Very good in a spectacular environment."
